How to Access  Cancel Your Subscriptions

Subscriptions Purchased Prior to Feb 1, 2021:   Do not log into our website. You will continue to receive  your subscription and related information for managing your subscription via email.

Subscriptions Purchased on or After Feb 1, 2021:

1. Log into our website according to the instructions below:
2. Check your email for a password sent to you from our website. Please also check your junk/spam folders and if you have a Gmail account, any other sub-folders such as “social”, “updates”, “promotions” for this email.
3. If you need a new password or did not receive one after your initial purchase, request one via the “lost password link” on our login page using your email address as your username.
4. Log into our website with your username and password.
5. Click on Subscriptions and “My subscriptions”, under your dashboard.
6. Click and download your subscription file(s) on the left.
7. After every login, click the back button to go back to your account and log out.

NOTE: If you have recently cancelled your subscription, we will send the newsletter via email until the end of your subscription period as a courtesy (our email address is “info@wxrisk.com”).  Please make sure to check your inbox, as well as your spam/junk and other folders and sub-folders for our emails. 

How to Cancel Your Subscriptions:

Subscriptions Purchased Prior to Feb 1, 2021:

Your subscriptions are renewed  and maintained through PayPal . Please log into your PayPal account and cancel your recurring payment for our Newsletter in your PayPal account.

Subscriptions Purchased on or After Feb 1, 2021:

NOTE: You only need to cancel if you wish to cancel your subscription to our  “Next 3 Weeks Newsletter” which is a recurring subscription product.

All other products are a one-time purchase and do not renew automatically. They will expire at the end of the initial purchase period and do not need to be cancelled.

To cancel your Next 3 Weeks Newsletter subscriptions follow the instructions below:

1. Log into your account on our website using instructions under “How to Access Your Subscriptions”.
2. Click on “Orders”, which is the first option under “Your Dashboard” .
3. Click on the most recent order number on the left hand side.
4. Scroll down and click on the subscription number under “Related Subscriptions” on the left had side.
5. You will see a CANCEL button on the middle of the page.
6. Remember to log out of your account after every login.
