WxRISK WINTER FORECAST 2023-24
If you have been following WxRisk seasonal forecasts for a while then you know that we do not write just a few paragraphs or a couple of pages.
Our seasonal forecasts are very comprehensive.
The basic premise here in this winter forecast is that while we do have a strong El Nino now in region 3.4 the atmosphere is certainly not acting like a strong El Nino and we cite
evidence for that in a number of different ways. We have seen some other forecasts that are calling for a wet mild winter in the eastern CONUS. it seems that our winter
forecast is probably one of the more bullish ones for a cold and snow in the eastern CONUS.
